Two students who couldn't afford a portfolio
In late 2024, two students in Parbhani — Tejas and Shivraj — needed portfolio websites for their job applications. Quotes from local agencies started at ₹15,000 and went up. Quotes from freelance designers were lower but came with template re-skins, no source code, and no real ownership.
We built our own. Then a friend asked us to build hers. Then another. Then a small business owner on Vasmat Road asked us if we could build a site for his shop. We said yes — for less than half what the next-cheapest quote was — and the project shipped in 7 days.
That was the moment we realized: there were thousands of small Indian businesses, students, and creators who needed a real website but couldn't justify ₹50,000. So we started StackZio: a studio that ships modern websites starting at ₹99 confirmation, with the actual build cost a fraction of what traditional agencies charge.
